Disappointed . There was no manual included and the warrantee was not literature in English. ALSO, the charger came with a European style plug. The tablet was not in English, had to reset that first.

touch screen fails to work at times, needing multiple clicks. email apps supplied fail to work reliably, samsung account popup constantly pops up blocking part of the screen. ultra annoying. the lack of reliability in the touch screen makes it most difficult to do work or surf. my old samsung tab did not have any of these problems, it just has an outdated OS. this one was bought just to update and be able to get to all pages...only IF the touch screen worked better.

Bought this because I ran out of storage on the 10.1 i had . Im not disappointed in going bigger love it

For the money it is a great buy, the battery life seems to be fairly decent and quality of the product Is what you expect from Samsung. I had a minor charging issue in the beginning but havent had any since then. Use it daily for work and hasnt let me down yet.

After extensive research, I opted to go with this tablet over the 2019 version for several reasons.
