Ive been an android user for 8 years now, ever since I moved back to the US from Japan and have had access to smartphones. This is the first device Ive had major issues with. Literally one month after I bought a Tab S4 from a local brick & mortar store, it stopped recognizing my PIN. I enter the correct one meticulously and the tablet just says incorrect PIN entered. This is fing ridiculous. For something that costs this much money to have such a stupid flaw really pisses me off. I cant even factory reset it. It just sits there and stares at me. Thanks for the loss, Samsung. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I had a Google Pixel C for three years that gave me zero issues.

i absolutely LOVE this galaxy tab 4!...i actually was lookinging into buying the galaxy tab 3 when i discovered that this newer one came out this past august if 2018....so glad saw this & was excited to buy the tab 4!....i love samsung products & this one does not disappoint!....the picture quality is outstanding & really makes movies so crisp & clear!....the sound is perfect with two outputs on opposite sides of the tablet which is a brilliant design!....the battery life is incredible!...i have used it for 3 days with heavy usuage (testing it out) & it is only at 85%....for me, that is fantastic!....i went ahead & got the 256 gig but am happy to know i can still add up to (i think) a total of 400 gigs.....the dex mode is something i am excited to try since its suppose to turn the tablet into a mini computer with multiples window screens.....the only bad thing i have issues with is that it is a little heavier then i expected & unfortunately along with a case cover, it makes it even more heavier...but that is a minor issue for me...the price is hefty, but its money well spent!

If you are a student, do NOT get this. Dex mode is not full blown pc. OneNote in android sucks. Software limitation is just frustrating. For much cheaper you can get surface go. You can run multisim in surface go!

I love this tablet and it was worth the money. It is way cheaper on here then to but it in the store and works great. I use it for all of my school work because I take online classes. It is very convenient in its size and it also turns into Pc mode. I have a keyboard case that connects to my tablet as well to make typing easier. It’s very fast and works 10x better than my previous laptops.

Perfect tablet I have ever had

The pen DID NOT last a month and I tried to get it replaced and nobody listened. The tab works great as of today after decent time but I never got my faulty pen replaced. Recently I decided to get a new pen for it to use it to draw and such and they are so very pricey that urged me to write a review on my experience with Samsung.

My daughter purchased this on Cyber Monday. We were watching for priced drops. It arrived today. First thing she noticed was the included pen was missing and as she exchanged texts and learned the pen couldnt be sent out you whole tablet had to be returned she noticed something else. The tablet wasnt right. It was a lot smaller than she expected. The case she ordered didnt fit. The box it came in didnt fit the tablet was too small. We looked at the tablet, sure enough it was a much earlier cheaper tablet. In a brand new sealed S4 box. She explained this now to the second chat person who said just return for a refund and reorder the S4. By this time she was very upset. I stepped in and texted that she had purchased it on sale and its not on sale now. Thankfully the third chat person said they would send out a replacement. We are hopeful that this will be resolved without further problems. I recommend if you order one dont wait for the special occasion to open the box. Check all the contents as soon as it arrives.

I love this tablet. Everything about it is just right for me.
