These earbuds are very nice and have convenient features and i would have given it 5 stars but the only downside is the volume..i believe in safety features but i also like my volume to have the option to listen to it loud if I want...the volume on these things suck...

Its perfect, the best earbuds that I buy in my life after beats of course. But grate sound, grate quality and confort. Recently connect to my windows HP Laptop and it sound super nice. Normaly use with my galaxy 9 plus.

Great sound quality, have dropped them in water (including the case), and still work very well. Very adjustable with different size cushion and bud. Significantly better than the Buds Pro and less expensive.

Ive never purchased earbuds of any kind so maybe Im just being starstruck at how amazing these are in comparison to my wire earphones, but I adore these. You can skip tracks, go back to previous ones, adjust volume, and pause/play with them as well as take and reject calls. Very cool. They alert you when you have a text. And I love the ambient sound option. I wear these majority of the time. They do fall out kinda often if Im moving a lot, but I think maybe need to switch out my covers to a smaller pair perhaps. Overall, just great.

I was expecting more out of the upgraded audio quality from the first Galaxy buds but it is barely noticeable. Otherwise, fantastic battery and performance.

The product itself is really great. Easy pairing and sound is awesome. My only complaint is the way my package was delivered. Came from an Amazon delivery driver who didnt care about my package at all. I live in a big apt building and he carelessly left my package in front of someone elses door on a different floor. Not even close to my apt #. They really need to work on that!!

Love these earbuds. Easy to use, comfortable fit, great sound. At first I wished they got a little louder but then I realized my ears really dont need such high volume. I recommend these buds.

They’re great! Ambient sound is really helpful when I need to be aware of my surroundings, and the noise cancellation is really good for when I just want to focus. I did give it 4 stars for 3 kind of nit-picky reasons: you can’t turn the volume up or down through the shortcuts on the earbuds themselves, and when you do use shortcuts to pause, skip or reply, the touch controls are inconsistently sensitive. Sometimes it won’t register my touch, other times it spazzes out like I pressed it too many times and replays the song. It’s pretty inconsistent. The third reason is that, though the ambient sound is helpful, it picks up a pencil falling halfway across the room way better than someone right next to me trying to ask me a question. Sometimes I have the ambient sound on for when a coworker needs to speak with me, but it’s a little frustrating that I can hear papers rustling at a desk 30 yards away clear as day but still have to pause the music to be able to hear the person right next to me. Other than that though, they’re great!

Really good sound. Charge quickly. Light to wear. You won’t be disappointed with these Buds!
