I’ve owned this for about 3 years. It never had good or even average performance. The screen has always been LO-DEF. But lately it takes about 10 seconds to respond to any command. You never k if it took your touch comm. so you wait up to 20 seconds or touch again and get several commands you did not want. Hitting BACK then takes 10 seconds (MINIMUM) again. UNUSABLE. The only recommendation I can give is “DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET, NEW (if the’re still producing this garbage) OR USED!

I had to get this for my work due to a new security feature where I enter a password on my pc as usual, then must enter a code in response from software company, on the tab. It didnt take long until I began to really enjoy the tabs features. Its like having a fancy phones features without the high price ... and no phone of course. Less than $200 vs. ... well you can google prices of iphones, etc. Do get a stylus and a case. I added plastic protective cover too. All purchased on Amz.

Great product

Its a great product. It was my first tablet, and I really liked it. When I ordered it, I didnt realize it was not LTE. I want to use my tablet as a phone. Thats important to me, so I had to return it, and plan on ordering the same tablet that has LTE capabilities.
