I bought this on sale during black Friday 2020 for sound 230 dollars. The tablets main use is for my 3 year old son to play education games and watch videos. I use it sometimes to browse the web. The stylus is great. The samsung android OS is easy to use. It also has micro sd storage which is very nice.

after 7 months my tablet just wont charge. It appears that it is charging and the battery does not go beyond 8%

This is my third Samsung tablet and the only one whose screen repeatedly freezes. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and done all sorts of troubleshooting with them including a total reset. The reset worked for only several days before tablet starting freezing again. Every time it freezes I need to power on/off (not simply press off, have to hold down volume and power buttons simultaneously), and then it works for a random amt of time before freezing again.

I freakin love my new tablet!! It was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing too fancy or crazily expensive. I originally splurged on an iPad but honestly given the $1000+ price tag I realized I didn’t need it. I returned it. I really just wanted a bigger screen than my phone to watch streaming apps, games and kindle reading. This was honestly soo worth the money. And it came loaded with some unexpected features like the PenUp app. It works fantastic with the given stylus, I never even thought I would use it but can’t put it down now. I had no issues setting up the tablet or any of the apps. Battery life is great. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.
