> 3 dayI ordered this tablet Oct 29, 2021. Love the tablet but from the beginning noticed that at times it would get dimmer for a bit but then brighten back up. But I loved it so just figured Id just deal with it. But now a little over a year later the charge only lasts a few hours and worse I have a very hard time changing it. Its like the charger is loose and not making good contact and sometimes it even falls out. So it looks like its charging but its not. I tried a different charger but same thing. When I called Samsung support they said because it was over a year (barely), that they couldnt do anything. I expect better from Samsung on such a expensive tablet.

> 3 dayI needed to replace my older Samsung tablet as it just wasnt working as well as it had been. (I use it for reading ebooks on now.) I wanted the larger screen and it really has been a wonderful experience. I like the S pen too. It is fast and has plenty of storage. I read all the other reviews and got this at a good price. I did also order the Samsung cover even though it was a bit pricey, but wanted to be sure it worked with the tablet.

> 3 dayI have a personal writing style where I rest the entire side of my hand on the screen. So the pen tip was at an angle, which apparently was not registering as touch.

> 3 dayI had previously gotten a cheap tablet, it had several small issues at first (randomly restarted almost daily, battery life was poor despite the indicator saying otherwise, games would randomly crash). After two years, it became almost unusable. It would shut off after about 15 minutes if not connected to power (despite battery indicator saying 90 percent). After this experience, I decided to not be cheap and spend more money on a good tablet. I found this model and I have seen almost no issues since I bought it back in March. Battery life is excellent. Have not seen any random restarts. The games that would frequently crash on the old device are now working flawlessly. I did get a warranty just in case this device would fail. However so far so good. It has been worth the extra money that I spent on it.

> 3 dayI am not an Android guy. Although I am always fascinated by Android devices and products. I have owned quite a few Chinese knock-offs and a few Xiaomi brand phones but nothing ever lasted. In retrospect, I didn’t give them much of a chance. I am an Apple guy. I love Mac and Apple products. What I don’t like? The price. What I do like? The quality. Apple has maintained quality products for some time. I’ve had many iPhones, iPads, Mac Pros, Macbook Pros, Macbooks, Mac minis, and iMacs. Our whole office here in Ghana is on mac. Why? Reliability and longevity. Ok, so I’ve got the fanboying out the way, on to the subject of this post.
