I cant give a fair review of the product as my judgement was clouded by the quality and presentation of my delivery.

Nice step up from my old ASUS tablet in everyway but attaching the keyboard with magnets instead of a mechanical latch was a bad idea.

So let me start off by saying the good which is how gorgeous this big beautiful screen is. It’s a really fantastically clear to stream content as well as surfing the web. It’s very fast I noticed no lag time while surfing web. The speakers are actually pretty good though I do have a portable Bluetooth speaker that I usually hook it up to. What is disappointing me is the battery, I just received this a few days ago and I can’t say that I will keep this forever as I am considering returning it. I used it for one our after being fully charged and watching a video for a half hour and web surfing for about 20 minutes knocked the power down to 80%. Honestly that is ridiculous. If you look at the description it says it has close to 13 hours of battery life. When I called Samsung and asked a tech about it they said it has seven hours of battery life. So is the average battery life 7 hours or 13 hours? I went back into the settings and shut down every app that was running battery in the background, I also changed it to medium power save mode. That doesn’t really seem to have improved things. I’m thinking about trying to travel with this on a long flight and it conking out and I just don’t understand how it can have such a crappy battery. I might try and exchange it for another one and see if it has the same problems, if it does then I’m just going to return it and try and find something comparable. I had an S3 which started having battery issues after a couple of years but I just chalked it up to use. Now I’m thinking it’s a Samsung problem.

Today I got my supposely new tablet. The package was open and all parts was all over the place. Seems that someone used it before.

I received the correct version. And I had no problem getting mine activated on a Verizon 5g plan. It even came with a sim card.

Very good tablet, easy to set-up if youre familiar with Galaxy smartphones. I didnt give it 5 stars because nothing is perfect.

I did a lot of research before buying this product and the only other tab compared to this is the ipad which didnt include a pen which iked is the most important accessorice When it comes to a tablet. This product will give you the best value for money. Any time you use this tablet it will give You a premiern feel in both software and hardware. Good job Samsung
