> 3 dayWithin a few months the stand broke. The monitor would droop down at an angle because the bearings of the stand could no longer hold the weight the screen. This was a minor annoyance but I dealt with it by putting some thin books under the front of the stand. A few months later, the plastic in the stand broke completely (all within the 12 month refundable guarantee) but Samsung customer service would not help me. The person on the phone claimed there was no way the stand could have broken by itself, and that it must have been due to me hitting the stand or the screen (which clearly didnt happen). It sucks to have something break, its another thing to have the company not replace it when it happened within the 12-month guarantee, and its another thing entirely to have staff at Samsung Customer Service Canada call you a liar.

> 3 dayAdvertised as a 24 inch monitor, and got a 21 inch monitor instead upon arrival. It even has the identical model number on the monitor as posted on the store page, except its 3 inches short. Dont know how that happened, but Ill be spending money on a correctly advertised monitor elsewhere.

> 3 dayThe display is okay for the price, but I didnt realize it was not adjustable. It does tilt downwards, which is fine - except I need to raise the monitor up more to be more ergonomic for me.

Geeky Dad
Greater than one weekWho makes a wall-mountable monitor and then places the HDMI input on the *back* facing the *wall* without including an L-adaptor? Samsung, apparently.
