I like that it has so much memory and takes up so little space. I am currently transitioning from a PC to a Mac mini and it doesn’t have the necessary space. My son is doing he transfer of material for me when he comes to visit. I have had other SanDisc devices and have always been satisfied.

My husband and I like the confidence in having our pictures and videos on our own storage hard drive. Greg does wish the instructions were a little bettered explained however. Online videos did help but if they didnt have our same phone it was a little confusing. We must say though we liked it so much we bought another.

Sometimes I have trouble with it getting disconnected from laptop or computer even with the slight movement of computer or laptop. Love the capacity, ease of use, and actual size of Hard Drive.

This is the best TB I ever bought. The speed that it uploads and downloads surpasses my expectations from having experience with a regular Ram TB. The size is compact and I highly recommend buying one of these as an external drive for storage or to replace the one you might already own.

Just stick it on the back of my computer and I can do backups or save pictures anytime. I didnt rate tech support as I didnt need any. Just plug it in and it words.
