I needed a plug that acts as a dimmer for a floor lamp with led bulbs with Alexa. This works perfect. Keep in mind if you are using led bulbs both the socket and the bulbs have to be dimmable.

I am not that tech-savvy, but this was super easy for me to work out. In a rental, were limited to what we can do without changing outlets and switches, so these plug-in outlets are perfect if you want to use Alexa for lights or other devices! I set this up easily and I love that I can control with either Alexa or the app.

Use it to remotely turn on off air wall 110v air conditioner. Works like a charm

Loved the dimmer until I replaced the halogen bulbs with led bulbs (T4 G9 20W), now the led bulbs are always on when I turn off dimmer. Customer support was quick to respond. Had the power socket checked out for correct ground not the problem. It appears the dimmer on the off setting still allows a small amount of power to be sent to lamp this will light the led bulbs. Solution put one halogen back into the lamp (lamp flickers when turned on or off and one bulb is different color temp), find a dimmer that works with leds, replace led bulbs with halogen or find led bulbs that have circuitry that the bulb works like an incandescent bulb.

Wow this is really a cool product it sync with my Wi-Fi Rosie and works on my Starfish app on my iPhone very very easy

Only the product description is in error. Otherwise, works great.

I do have a dimming capable LED, and this timer can only turn the light on and off, no dimming functionality. I followed the troubleshooting guide, and still the same results. I could have saved money just buying on/off plug instead.

Purchased this because 1pk shows dimmable but got 2pk does not seem to be dimmable and dimmable not written on 2 pk box

Very simple to integrate with Alexa, and add to the starfish app. The app is VERY clean, easy to use, and simple.
