> 24 hourI got two units. The relays in both work fine and the the response time is very fast. The build quality is fairly good except that one LED was dead out of the box, and that is probably the easiest part of the entire device to get right, so my confidence isn’t very high. I’m less happy about the software. The core feature of toggling the sockets works. The energy consumption seems to barely work at all. Probably software kinks that have yet to be worked out. Either one of these issues on their own and I would probably feel better about the product, but combined, and given that these things handle household mains power.. kinda freaks me out. I think I might just cut into the defective one to see why the LED doesn’t work.

> 24 hourConstantly disconnecting and non responsive, only smart home device I own that behaves this way. Get the Meross dual outlet instead.

> 24 hourIt wouldn’t recognize the first few times I tried to connect it. Had to switch the Wi-Fi server on my iPhone. Once I got it going though worked like a charm.

> 24 hourRobust solid product, seems will last a long time. Lightning fast response when using home kit app. I used for coffee and toast so that I do not have to plug and unplug from gif outlet. I really like the convenient on/off button. Smart design overall. Works great!

> 24 hourDo yourself a favor and dont buy this. I recommend some other brand that your trust. I bought several plugs from satechi. All of them constantly lose connective and become unresponsive. You will have to manually reset them and set them back up which is a pain in the ____. This product is crap. I have a WeMo plugs and that always seem to work. Satechi product was not ready for release to consumers.

> 24 hourI have purchased several of these over the past couple of years to control our holiday lighting via Apple Siri and HomeKit. Great to say in the evening “Hey, Siri, Christmas on” and all the lights in the house and outside come on. Same with turning them off. Saves having to spend 5-10 minutes going room-to-room and outside and turning lights on or off. For HomeKit users, I recommend this highly. Easy to set up (go to HomeKit app, add accessory, scan the QR code in the provided manual, and complete the setup. Easy-peasy!

> 24 hourThis is the future of smart plugs. The system hosts two independently controllable plugs in a very small footprint. Why no one thought of this sooner is beyond me. I’m also very happy with the HomeKit compatibility.

> 24 hourReally, really, really bad. This outlet is so buggy, I can’t believe they would release not only this cheap hardware, but the app is absolutely unusable.
