> 3 dayI was trained in esthetics school on this same wax warmer so was happy to find it on amazon for such a good price! Very reliable and sturdy. I figured if it is used in a school with hundreds of clients and inexperienced students using it then it should be built to last!

> 3 dayThis warmer does NOT include the liner / melting pot. It would be nice to have that omission clearly stated in the product information. Be aware that you need to order those separately,

> 3 dayPersonally, this wax warmer is good for what it is. My biggest issue is I bought this warmer in a kit, the kit comes included with the pre-wax cleanser, wax removing oil, lotion and a aloe skin soothing gel. All well and good until I finally finish using the satin smooth wax that comes included in the kit I bought. I like to use Cirépil waxes. It’s the wax most familiar to me as it was used at the school I studied at to get my Full Specialist License. But the Cirépil wax tins are just slightly too big for the wax warmer and it doesn’t fit. As comparison, satin smooth soft wax tins hold 14 OZ (397 Grams) and the Cirépil tins hold 14 OZ (400.10 Grams). Unless you plan to stick to Satin Smooth wax or GiGi wax, I feel like this is gonna be some trouble for a lot of people. Do your research, if you wanna be able to have more options in the products you use, I would recommend to buy something that will give you more universal options. If you don’t really care otherwise, the warmer itself works wonderfully im my opinion.

> 3 dayI am very dissatisfied that the pots did not come with the unit when it was bought...after all it does not need batteries. Sarcasm.
