I mainly got this product to help with the pink bacteria that forms in toilets (and showers). I use a bit of bleach (or vinegar) in a toilet I dont use much, and thought this might help with the toilets that get flushed regularly. So far it has seemed to help by slowing the growth. Pink bacteria still came in but maybe a week later. Super easy to install the gels. So A+ on that. I saw another reviewer mention the scent being overwhelming. When I installed it was just a pleasant scent. When the water gets disturbed using the toilet the scent activates a bit more and it is kind of annoying. Its more pleasant than urinal cakes, and more similar to a really cheap perfume. It still gives me the vibes of a public restroom, so Ill probably be looking for a cleaner bleach smell version if theres one out there. I want it for the bowl rather than the tank.. Id say its worth a purchase to try for yourself.

I keep my toilet very clean to begin with but I needed to spend a few extra bucks to get same day shipping, which is why I bought this. Only used it once and threw it out. For some reason I thought this was going to smell nice, boy was I wrong. It made my bathroom smell like a disgusting porta potty! My stomach is turning just writing about it.

Phewwwww-eeeee! While I’m not a holistic, all natural cleaner, I STILL don’t want such a strong smell of chemicals to knock me out and off the loo!!! THIS IS THE STRONGEST AND STINKIEST TOILET CLEANER I’VE EVER USED AND IT’S HARSH HARSH HARSH on the ol’ nostrils. (I can’t begin to imagine what the invisible trace gases - haha no pun intended - are actually doing to my exposed lady bits!) I tried two in two different toilets and my fam of five couldn’t handle the chemical smell intensity, so we wiped it down, flushed and threw the three remaining uses away! It didn’t work much better than anything else we’ve tried AND is expensive since it’s naturally gets used up in only 12 days! Good riddance!

I purchased this for the first time about 5 months ago. I blooped it on my toilet bowl, it worked as advertised. Then, something astounding happened. When the first bloop disintegrated, my husband asked me how another could be applied. As it was fun to have a target. Of course I obliged him and showed him how to use it. But this is where the tale takes an even more fantastical turn. He has now taken, independently, to cleaning the toilet thoroughly and unprompted upon the demise of one bloop of this stuff, so that he might apply another to a clean fresh bowl. Long story short, this stuff has kept my toilet fresh and clean for 5 months now though no effort of my own.

These are so helpful in between our weekly toilet bowl cleaning.

I use the clean scent and it keeps the bathroom smeller fresh. Easy to use. Sometimes hard to fimd in stores but Amazon always has it available.

This is strong enough for the boys bathroom and thats all I have to say!

We have been having to haul our water due to a dry well, so we don’t flush except when absolutely necessary, so having the help with making the bowl smell fresh and the ability to clean when flushing is a real bonus

The 1st week I could smell it thru the house when I walked in the door. Over time It disappeared. Cant wait to reapply.
