I have a large tank with a lot of plants, but not much stock. My tap water is high in phosphates, so I use this to balance out the water properties. Keeps cyano away, plants are healthy and growing. no complaints here. I use a lot of seachems products. Never had a problem with any of their products. As long as you know how to use them.

I think this was the key nutrient my plants lacked. I thought they were getting enough from the fish but no, a big tank and micro fish needs a little bit supplementation.
