My computer has issues that this cant help. Then I tried resetting it and it got stuck on the camera software, so I shut it down. When I feel like retrying I will, last I wanted to throw it like a 15.6 frisbee. So maybe your computer will be able to use it. Seems like excellent software as I looked through what it has to offer.

ts funny reading the 5-star reviews. They are all done in order to hopefully prod you into buying this junk. Dont be fooled. You can tell by the similar, and in some cases the exact language and in broken English. Likely the company selling this got these people to write great reviews.

I could not get this product to work on my computer.............

This program didnt work on my PC or laptop. Contacted the software company and they wanted a photo of my boot sequence that made no sense as I already explained that I set the USB as the first boot device but apparently they didnt believe me. My PC would not recognize the USB software to run and my laptop recognized it but would not properly activate the software. A complete waste of my money. And the software support takes days to get a response and then is short with absolutely no empathy for your situation.
