These are amazing. A fantastic alternative to sweating copper. I will never sweat copper again.

Used for in-line connection to house. It leaked .... $200/plumber later had fixed with copper sweated connection.

Good product but way overpriced. If stores were open at the time I would not have purchased it.

Attached easily. The 3/4 PEX bent a lot under the weight of the water so its angled another 20 degrees down. but hasnt leaked

You cant beat these SharkBite plumbing fittings for quality and ease of use. But yes, they are very expensive.

Very cool to use, very good quality. Im a DIY kind of guy around the house as much as I can. When installing our new water softener I wanted to add a whole house filter in line and these worked slick. I usually soldered the connections in projects past, saw some other favorable reviews about the SharkBite fittings and ordered the fittings I needed. After I had everything together and the water filter installed, these fittings where also a big time saver, I had a small leak on one side of the filter housing connection, no problem with these SharkBite fittings as you can take them apart and reinstall them, I just put more pipe thread tape on the end that was leaking and slipped it back together, very easy and no more dripping. I highly recommend these for your next plumbing project as I will continue to use them. I also used on this project 2 SharkBite 3/4 x 3/4 MNPT fittings, a SharkBite Ball Valve and purchased the SharkBite Depth tool.

I love compression fittings; these enable me to fix or add plumbing myself. Used this one to extend an exterior hose line; worked out great! Shark bite is great because its a recognized brand with online community support and brand support.
