> 3 daySeems to work OK, although takes a LONG time to pump up even golf cart tires. But the display is unreadable in any kind of outside light. Guess Ill have to put a label on the digital display so I will be able to find the On/Off button and set the pressure.

> 3 dayI like the size of this thing. Small. It comes with a black drawstring pouch. It’s lightweight. With this you can inflate tires, balls and pool inflatable-type things, possibly even an air stresses for camping. The screen on top automatically lights up when you plug it into your cars cig lighter and you can easily choose what type of object your inflating and how much pressure to inflate. I was astounded by the power of this tiny thing. Power cord is long enough to reach all my suv tires if needed. Fantastic item to keep under the seat in your car if you have kids into ball sports, water play, camping, traveling etc. Only possible negative is the power adapter is ONLY capable of use via cigarette lighter adapter. There isn’t a way to use this inside your house. Only the car.

> 3 dayI got the ShockFlo portable air compressor tire inflator because I have had some problems with my car’s tires lately, and I wished I had stored something like this in the car at the time. Well, now I do! STRENGTHS: The unit is compact enough to fit in a glove compartment, but powerful enough to inflate my car’s tires to 38 psi (of course, it goes higher but I’ve only used it on my car so far). It is fairly intuitive and easy to operate, but does come with instructions that explain all the touchscreen buttons and other features. The LED screen is clear and informative, and shows you the tire’s current air pressure before and during inflation. Once I set the desired pressure to 38 psi, the unit retains that setting for the next time I need it. I like how the air hose actually screws onto the tire valve (rather than clamping on). It feels very secure, with less leakage going on and off. The inflator’s pressure reading was quite close to that of my tire gauge, so I believe it is very accurate. Finally, I like how the inflator does NOT include a lithium (or any other type) battery. Batteries don’t especially like being in hot or cold cars. In my experience they can fail or wear out just by repeatedly being exposed to extreme temperatures. So, I appreciate that this unit relies on my car for power, and not a battery. WEAKNESSES: I would like the air hose and the power cord to be longer, so that I could inflate tires on both sides of the car without having to drape the cord out one side, and then out the other. I do this through the car’s windows because I am afraid if I drape it through an open door, I might accidently shut the door on the cord. If the cord were longer, I could walk around the car to all four tires with less hassle. But that is a minor issue for me, really. And by using both side windows, it does reach all four tires. Also, another minor complaint is that the inflator doesn’t have a dual power source option, and thus cannot plug into a regular electrical outlet at my house. OPERATION: To inflate a car tire, you plug the power cord into the car’s cigarette lighter and drape the cord out the car window (or door). Then you screw the air hose into your tire’s valve. Next, start your car to provide power to the unit. Then use the touch screen to select the type of vehicle or object you are inflating (for cars, it is either “regular” or “fortified” depending on psi). You then can press + or - buttons to adjust by 0.5 psi increments to get to your desired inflation (which it will remember for next time). Finally, press the start button. The inflator will stop automatically when it reaches the desired pressure, showing the current pressure before and during the inflation process. There is no need to double check with a tire gauge. The unit itself is essentially a tire gauge. I definitely would recommend this tire inflator to family and friends, to keep in their cars for emergencies. I believe the price is reasonable for what this unit is and does.

> 3 dayI was able to charge this in a few hours and air my truck tires up and my wifes cars tires and even help someone out at the gas station that was trying to pay for air at a broken air pump. This was able to handle all of these without an issue and fits great under the back seat. I do like the fact that you set the pressure you want and let it do its thing it will stop at the correct pressure for your tire. Also has options for basic defaults such as car, bike, sports balls and large tires. Over all I ham very impressed how quick this is compared to other ones that I have had in the past that you had to plug into the lighter in the vehicle. It is also pretty quite in my opinion. If you are looking for a portable air pump then this is a good one for you to get.

> 3 dayI bought this for my son’s car for Christmas, only to realize that my tires were low to the cold air and used it. It worked just fine. It’s a little bulkier and bigger than the product I bought for myself, but it did work and it’s easy to understand and use.

> 3 dayIt was a lot smaller than I thought - it fits behind my trucks rear seat easily. This little pump did inflate a leaking tire on my truck up to 75 PSI fairly quickly - faster than another pump I keep in my wifes car. Thats the good - the not so good is that the tire had 55 psi in it, and the pump would not start with the hose on the valve stem - I had to loosen the hose from the stem, start the pump, then screw it on fully. The other issue is with the display - I could not read it in sunlight, and when it was connected to a tire outside, it was in sunlight... Bottom line - it pumps a truck tire fairly quickly, but the display is difficult to read and that makes it hard to use.
