Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens for Canon

Big improvement on my previous lens which was also Sigma. I thought that was good, but the technology built into this is fantastic and I can shoot freehand and still get great results.

Had to talk to someone to find out what fit a Canon camera. This lens works great.

This lens is BIG in size and quality.

Super Qualität bei entsprechendem Licht, auch aus der Hand (siehe die beiden Fotos, beide mit OS aus der Hand), leicht und ein sehr schönes Bokeh. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut! Beide Fotos wurden mit der Canon 7D Mark II fotografiert.

Scratches the itch I had for a super telephoto lens, the 150-600mm range really gave me the ability to catch hard to capture wildlife at a comfortable distance without sacrificing the picture quality. I like that it has two image stabilization settings (one for standard landscape shots and one for vertical portrait shots). Just be aware that this lens IS a bit heavy, and Id recommend using the included tripod mount to keep your shots in frame and to give your arms a rest. TL;DNR: buy this, you wont regret it.

This Sigma lens is a really good lens, but be ready to hold a lot of weight. After using the lens for a few months, I do find it to be very good. Great for wildlife and has been used for a few portraits, which came out really good. Sharpness is really good, as is stabilization, focusing and it keeping flaring down. The only issue I actually found, which you can see in the pictures, is a weird busyness in the background at times. Also to mention, these pictures were taken with the Canon R.
