> 3 dayThese bags are not messing around! Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2017 Size: 100 Liners Easy-Open PackagingStyle: Trash Bags Look, there is nothing glamorous about a garbage bag, and since it is simply a vessel we use to cater our discarded trash to the refuse bin on the curb it can be easy to view money spent on garbage bags as money literally being thrown in the trash. Looking through those lenses it is easy to default into penny pincher mode and actively seek out the cheapest priced bags however the first rip or tear you get will instantly remind you how poor an idea that was! I have been a long-time user of the force flex type bags and what I love about them is that you can seemingly add and endless quantity of items into the bag and it just stretches and stretches. The problem I have with them is that as they stretch they get thinner and it seems that every time, without fail, as I pull them out of the kitchen trash can they rip. This wouldnt be a huge issue if it werent for the fact that the kitchen garbage can often collects that wonderful runny, liquid based, trash from our cooking processes. Even a small tear results in a wonderful trail of fermented trash juice, stretching from the kitchen trash can all the way to the curbside trash cans! These simple human bags are considerably more expensive than many bags I have used in the past. Depending on the quantity you purchase and current pricing, they can come out to $0.25 or more per bag. Considering many bags can be found for less than $0.10/bag that seems rather pricey. What you get for that increased price is considerable quality and heft... sorry Hefty... These bags are right up there with contractor grade bags you would find at your local hardware store. The plastic is noticeably thicker and the double seams ensure that tears at the seams are less likely. I can be completely confident that these bags will not tear during the completion of my regular honey do list. Realistically, the only downside I notice to these bags are the plastic is so stiff that there is zero flex in them, which is both good and bad. Good in the sense that they are durable and will not stretch out but bad in the sense that if you over fill them, they will not stretch enough to close them completely. We just change out these bags a smidgen more to be able to close them properly. All in all this is a quality product. You find yourself spending a bit more for that quality however if it saves you from cleaning up just one liquid garbage leak then I believe it is worth it in the end.

> 3 dayWhen we bought our simplehuman trash can at our local Target we decided to try just a brand name kitchen size trash bags with it as our Target did not carry the simplehuman bags (Why would you carry the cans but not the bags!?) At that point we LOVED the can but hated changing the bag because of how much of a pain it was - the bag was too big and therefore the bag stuck out around the lid and would constantly slip when throwing things away into the can. So we decided to try the subscribe and save for the J custom fit liner. It made our trash can perfect! The can liners fit like a glove. I have yet to have one slip even a little when throwing trash away, the lid closes tight with no bag visible, and when you put a new bag in and put the can inside of the enclosure you dont have to fiddle with getting it to go in without bunching up. The only con I have experienced so far is when I pull the drawstrings to close and tie a used bag it almost always breaks at one end, and no I am not being too forceful with it either. Im thinking I must have gotten a bad batch though because other reviews seem to say the opposite, and I would have that happen sometimes with a batch of other brand names of trash can bags. Other than that these bags are tough! I have yet to have a bag tear on me and I have had some pretty stuffed (with sharp edges - broken glass, cardboard boxes, etc) bags. Overall I would say if you have a simplehuman can you NEED the simplehuman can liners (and I mean that in a good way!).

> 3 dayWhen I first got my Simple Human trash can, I used the sample of these bags that came with it but said I wasn’t spending that kind of money to buy more. Then I went back to my old bags and quickly ordered a box of these. I have 3 kids and a husband who are rough on trash bags and I constantly have to clean up after someone takes the trash out. Not with these bags! They stay in the can perfectly, they slide out easily every single time, and I’ve never had a rip. The inside of my trash can is still clean a month later and that’s seriously a record. They also don’t have a scent, which is so hard to find. But your trash can won’t smell either, even without the sickening fragrance some brands try to use to cover it up. If you’re looking at these bags and wondering if they’re really worth extra, I’m here to tell you they are. Just buy them, and I also suggest putting them on subscribe and save to save on the cost!

> 3 dayHad looked locally, but only could find here. Exactly what was wanted. Cost a little more than expected, but felt like it was worth it.

> 3 dayThey might seem a little pricey, but we rarely use more than one bag a week. Other bags that measure exactly the same dont seem to fit the same (I cant figure it out), and these are much more sturdy. If trash is packed, when pulling out we just make sure to pull below the drawstring section - otherwise it may tear (as would any bag). Spouse unit says we are not ever going to use any other kitchen bags.

> 3 dayI love these trash bags! I bought a box of 100 last July! I came to order more and they are more than twice as they were last year in July? Why are they so expensive! They were $29 and now $65! That is insane! So sad because i love these but I won’t pay that amount.

> 3 dayBest Garbage Can Ive ever had - also Rottweiler proof - The garbage bags fit perfectly. The plastic bag has a tie string to tie the bag closed. The garbage bags are super heavy duty. I fill them to the max and never had one break or tear. Best investment I have made in a garbage can. They are built Solid so no more cleaning up messes from a knocked over can or them trying to open the lid. All I can say is to check them out. They do have a couple smaller ones that will work great for my bathroom and den. Im looking into purchasing these also.......

> 3 dayPerfect fit for my Simple Human Trash Can. A little expensive but one box lasts me over a year using about 1-2bags/week. Not scented which is fine for me. Because my trash can has a closed lid you can’t smell the trash anyways.
