Ski Socks 2-Pack Merino Wool, Over The Calf Non-Slip Cuff for Men & Women

These may have a small shred of merino wool in them, but the synthetic fibers that make up the rest of these socks quite literally nearly cost me my toes!!! Yes these are thick socks, if you do not have a medical reason for needing merino wool you will likely be fine. But for me- after living just 2 hours of my normal everyday work life going back & forth from my car to indoor meetings lasting 30-45 mins on a somewhat balmy 38 degree Western NY day with these socks on (inside my shearling lined boots— which I wear every day from October-April) I had to make an emergency detour back home to change into REAL merino socks.

Soft and warm!

It was 20 degrees on the slope so doubled up on these socks which I found out very quickly was not needed. Went down to one pair and feet stayed warm and dry all day. Glad I bought a few pair as they will be replacing the old heavy wool socks.

I bought these for a Christmas present for my son-in-law. Before I had a chance to wrap them my husband saw them. He tried them on. Wont you know it, my son-in-law ended with a different gift. My husband likes them so much that I ended up buying him more of these socks ..

I have been SEARCHING for long winter socks that do not slide down. I took a chance on these and am so in Love with these socks. They are officially my go to socks for winter now. Warm without sweating, stay up, not too bulky to wear everyday shoes with. I WILL purchase again.

Do you lift? If so, these might not fit. These are extremely tight on my calf area and as a result I dont pull them up all the way and they look dumb since they are tall and designed to be pulled up. I should have returned them but forgot to.

Feels great, did not get hot or cold, kept my feet dry. Spend 3 day snow boarding. Some guys were using warmer pads, never felt a need for one.

Definitely buy these over the calf socks again.
