I wouldnt think of competing in any cycling event without taking some of this along to drink afterwards. Not only is it delicious and refreshing, it just makes your body feel good after a hard effort!

My husband’s go to recovery drink and it tastes really good and creamy... I wish it came in a container with a twist cap like his gaterade endurance powder as the zipper tends to break off half way through of use and we have to move the rest into a container usually... Even with that trouble this is the best tasting recovery shake out there!

This stuff is amazing after a long run. I do not arrive home starving anymore.

This goes down very easy after a hard effort in the bike. Zero gut rot. If I run out or skip after a ride, I can tell. This product is very effective for recovery and tastes great. Love the Skratch brand.

Taste like chocolate milk with bursts of powder. But no really, shake dont stir. Didnt even feel like a recovery drink but the next day i could tell it helped. Not overly thick and definitely not a meal as some recovery powders feel in your tummy. Great product, wish it was cheaper

Sooo delicious! Ive been indifferent towards chocolate, but Skratch changed me. They really knocked this one out of the park, because not only that its so tasty that sometimes its my sole motivation to work out (lol), but it also really helps my recovery. I dont feel sore like I usually do several hours or the day after my workout. I mix mine with milk and a little bit of water (so its not too creamy/heavy), and its soooooooo good...!!! Completely recommended!

Just realized there is cholesterol in this. It works great but because I’m watching cholesterol, I’m going to order the tailwind recovery product that has none in it! No idea whether it will work as well.

If you like chocolate taste this is a good recovery drink flavor. Works well add cold water and shake or add to hot coffee and stir.
