Skylanders Spyros Adventure: Whirlwind

I ordered this in January and it is so awesome. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Skylnaders. So go buy it now.

I ordered this for my youngest son to give to my my youngest daughter. He was SO exactly when it arrived and she LOVES it!!!

This was supposed to be a Target exclusive, only Target never had them in stock. I dont know why the Skylanders characters are so hard to find and why people are paying $$$ for them. The game is fun, but really? I still have to fined an earth character to complete the game, but Ill wait until supply meets demand.

seriously, this is ridiculous. this one might be hard to find, but not THAT intensely hard to find. its a small figure for a game that you will not be using constantly.

Whirlwind is half dragon, half unicorn, wow... anyway, the primary attack is to shoot rainbows from her horn, I dont really like this attack since it shoots upward in a curve, therefore limiting the range. The secondary the attack is to release a storm cloud. It continues to shock enemies that touch it for a few seconds. If you buy the upgrades, you can have more than one storm cloud at once. Also, when you shoot a rainbow at the storm cloud, another rainbow bounces off. This is the only way to extend her rainbow of doom range. And obviously, since she has huge wings, the third move is to fly(I think Whirlwind flies pretty fast). My favorite part about her is that the soul gem ability allows her rainbows to HEAL ALLIES. This proves useful in boss battles, when you have a small amount of Skylanders still alive.

Came in perfect condition and havent had any problems. My little brother and I cant wait for the new game and giants to come out.

This all reminds me of the tickle me elmo thing. People that buy up stuff like this and then sell for huge prices are heartless... I dont care if people do this kind of thing with stamp or coin collections or things that are truly supposed to have a high worth collection wise. But to some having to tell their children Im sorry your christmas is ruined because of some scalper type person just disgusts me. You are making it so that normal children with blue collar parents are excluded from characters from a game... how ridiculous and selfish is that. Hope you never sell this.

This is a Target exclusive I ordered it online for 7.99 from Target. I also received free shipping when I purchased him. I hope this helps everyone who wants one for their child.

This was my sons first Skylander. We got it for him because it, frankly, looked awesome. It is a girl character, but he doesnt care. Its just an interesting character and design. The girls like it, the boys like it. Its great. I hate how some games have designated girl characters that are pink with fairy wings and practically fart glitter. Those characters become forced on girls and avoided by boys like the plague. Yes, Whirlwind has a rainbow attack, but its not overly girly. My son and nephews love this character as do my friends daughters. Perfect for either gender and a blast to play.

Whirlwind (an Air Skylander) is one of several dragon hybrids in Skylanders, dragon and unicorn to be specific. According to her backstory she is initially shunned by both dragons (who dislike her horn) and unicorns (who are unimpressed with her majestic wings) but upon soaring up into the clouds she learned to harness her tempest abilities and save both races from being hunted, thusly earning their respect.
