Bought this as a gift and there are already a few issues right off from the start. Firstly the ssd, where is it? I have a pc from skytech and my ssd is where it should be in its slot, but this one isnt. Second the pc doesnt detect a monitor when you boot it up (its not the cables were using we tested and even got new ones/double checked that theyre plugged into the right ports) the display will be detected every so often and works fine as intended, but only does so 2 out 8 tries.

Ive had this pc for over a month and first impressions were not great. The amount of struggles I had setting this up with the help of 2 people who have built pcs in the past was insane. I had so many problems with the case fans not working and the trouble shoot guide really didnt help at all. After a good 4 days of trying to find out the problem it got fixed. However one rgb fan is faulty and only half of it could light up leading me to have to replace the fans. For a first time pc yeah its good for gaming, but setting it up is a struggle and might as well save extra money on the side incase you have to replace parts completely.

This computer is perfect for the games I play. Its a big step up from my old gaming laptop.

It died on the first week of owning it. I tried getting help from their tech support but they didnt answer their phone and told me to schedule an appointment which would be 2 weeks out. Then I emailed and saw that it would take up to a week to get a response. So, I ended up returning it.

Everything work the way supposed to be my son love it

I have had the PC for a week now and it has works flawlessly. Its super quiet. I have only played WoW but its still super fast. I havent had any problems that other people are posting about, so thats a plus. Parts came as described. I would recommend this PC.

Computer arrived early, was well packaged, and a breeze to set up. Very satisfied with this purchase.
