The lock works good on a sliding glass door. I got this as a child lock that I can put up high so my son cannot open the sliding glass door. It was very easy to install!

I bought the two pack and decided to use them right away, we just got a new sliding glass door installed, and I applied bot pieces , one on top and one on bottom for extra security, it was so easy to peel and stick, and they are a nice size too, saves from little ones opening the door, grand children m who like to open doors, and they cannot open it and get outside, so they are a true gem, thank you, I will recommend them to my children for their doors too!!
