We have a toddler who loves letting our dogs out and then trying to follow behind to play. I was so worried because we have steps that lead down to our patio and that our little guy would fall. This eliminated all worries.

My little guy is a runner so I was looking for something to put on the sliding door. These are the absolute best. We have one on our sliding door and it has stopped him from opening and running out the door many times now. One of my best purchases for sure.

We have a very active, mischievous, trouble seeking, boundary pusher and danger magnet of a toddler… we live in Arizona on the foothills where there is lots of wildlife and rattlesnakes are common so I never let my kids play outside unless checking the yard first. My 2 year old easily opens the sliding glass doors and loves to run outside or let our dogs in/out. I was losing my mind with his escapades and searched toddler proofing glass doors. After reading lots of reviews, I settled on this one and I am not disappointed! It has saved my sanity with keeping the door locked when I want it to be. We’ve had it for 2 months and it doesn’t feel like it’s coming off anytime soon. It does have a slight catch when trying to unlock, I need to pull it up with my finger while simultaneously pressing down buttons on the side. But it doesn’t bother me and I am happy with the product. Would buy again.

They work exactly as expected. I have 4 glass sliding doors, somehow different. They fit the newer doors better. The older doors they’re a little tight squeeze but it still works. I was hesitant because of the review that they *could not* get them off, but I put one too high on the tighter doors and with some hard work and floss, got it off in about 5 minutes and restuck it a little lower so I could push the door to close it if needed. I would rather it be that hard to get off so obviously the adhesive is awesome and my kid can’t get it off without the help of an adult. The look is sleek and not bad. I would make it smaller and more sleek if possible but I don’t think it could be any smaller and work this good. Really gives peace of mind with my 14 month old and all these doors leading to the pool.

Cheap option to keep glass sliding glass door closed from my 4 year old.
