I manage a folk dance group and have to manage a large quantity of costumes. I needed something where I can group multiple costumes of the same type together. This bag works great for that purpose because I can hang 4-6 costumes together in one bag and keep them all together. The quality of the stitching is good and the zipper is decent quality. Its not waterproof, but that wasnt a requirement for me. Its got a built-in cedar block to keep away moths. The only complaint is the canvas loops that are supposed to hold the cedar block in place are too loose and the cedar keeps falling off. Not a biggie really, you just pick it up and slide it back in.

Used it for the first time on a short flight. By the time I got home, the zipper had already broken and the material at the top was fraying. Its also extremely lightweight and uses little material so not sure it adequately protects garments.

Excellent for a full lenght coat, or perhaps two bulky ski jackets, as was my case. What I specially liked was the bar of cedar inside. It will absorb any moisture and keep clothes fresh and mold way.

I am a bit astonished at all the very positive reviews of this product. My take on it is this: If you want a bag to keep dust off your clothes, this one will do fine. I interpreted the cedar in the title to mean that it might help protect against moths, and I am afraid it would do that very poorly, for two reasons: First, the piece of cedar in the garment bag is the thickness of a shingle and the size of a deck of cards. There is no detectable smell of cedar, and I believe it takes a fair amount of cedar oil vapor to deter moths. In the past I have put several larger freshly-split pieces of cedar into a garment bag, enough to have a noticeable cedar aroma. Second, there is a gap at the top of this bag where the hangers come out, a gap quite large enough to easily let in lots of moths. I have had other garment bags in the past in which the hangers hung on a loop inside the bag, and then the bag itself had a hanger on the outside that hung on the closet bar. (I know, why didnt I buy one of those? I thought I was buying one of those.)

I bought two of these from amazon a week ago. Today Im purchasing 3 more. They are appropriately sized and well made. Quality is obvious. The Ceder wood piece is a nice touch. I suppose you could fit multiple suits in one bag, but I wouldnt do more than two. Highly recommended.
