> 24 hourI received a used item, without packaging and numbers written on each plug in markers. Returned without using so cannot speak to their functionality.

> 24 hourI got half of them to work and the other half never did connect. The process to connect is complicated. I had one of the plugs right next to the modem and it could not find the internet through the app. I would not purchase these ever again. Save your money.

> 24 hourOverall, these are a great product for the money. They flash to Tasmota with Tuya Convert, easily. They are identical to the KMC 30137, for which a Tasmota template already exists. Only downside is that that the description claims that you can fit two in a single outlet. Thats not true. They wont even fit next a heavily insulated 3-prong plug, a second smart outlet is out of the question. Ultimately, not a big deal for me, as my use case doesnt require multiple devices at the same outlet, but the listing should be revised so as to not be misleading in that aspect. That said, Ill definitely buy more for any uses where space isnt a concern.

> 24 hourEvery time I try to link it power cuts out. I’ve been trying for an hour and nothing works. Biggest waste of your money. Product doesn’t work as advertised. Biggest waste of money. Stay clear

> 24 hourI wont go into too much detail. I use these types of plugs for devices I want to power down or power cycle now and again without reaching for the cable...modem, router, Fiber ONT, indoor cameras, etc. Theyve worked very nicely, in general. I own 4 of this brand and the one assigned to my Fiber ONT however, will just randomly turn off, no rhyme or reason. Its plugged into a UPS, so its not like I can blame a power surge or black/brownout. Ive checked Alexas history to make sure no one said any magic words by accident close to Turn off the Fiber Modem Plug. I checked the UPS software history to make that sure power didnt go out and drain it till it powered off while we were sleeping (It lasts 1hr + and I would know if lights went out that long anyway, even after going to bed). I even went so far as to check the app and scheduling to make sure there wasnt some schedule injected. I found nothing. The last scenario is a software updade? No. Firmware is the same as the day I got it. This has happened before, I just sort of ignored it as the plug being loose or something else, but this is now a pattern. The only thing left to think is that this plug is powering itself off, randomly, for no reason. Time to check the warranty!
