Love these when they actually work. They keep unlinking from my alexa app.

I cant get it to work. It will not get to the rapid flash for discovery. I have the app, unit is close to router, etc. I order a 2 pack and gave one to my daughter. She is having the same problem.

These work really well, i have bought a bunch more for gifts. Learning to set up the first time took a few minutes but it is not hard (and I am old).

These work fine but beware that the first time you set up a schedule, it will stick forever, even if you try deleting the plug and readding it to the app and/or deleting the schedule within the app and creating a new one. The plugs ignore the new schedule and stick to what you set before. Plus, the on/off buttons on the plugs themselves stop working sporadically and you have to unplug and plug them back in. Theyre cheap, though, so its to be expected.

Good smart plug , I had used for about a week ,it has used well and very convenient.

You have to download a separate app for these to work, then sync it with the Alexa app. They work fine, its just an extra step.

I bought these and I never could get the app to link with Alexa and work properly. I tried to return them for a refund and discovered they could only be shipped back via UPS shipping. The nearest store to ship out from is 100 miles from me so i was stuck with them. I reordered a 4 plug set and it didnt require as much set up and they work fine and it was easy.

The product, in theory should work fine. However, I have tried endlessly to no avail. I am unable to make it wk, a waste of my money- very disappointed. I am a senior

Worked for a week then stopped working. They worked for a week then stopped working. The app lost all the information that I had put in the app. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. At that it would not let me connect any devices. Garbage do not buy.

These have been very iffy at best. The one devise is constantly “offline” requiring it to be reseated frequently. I can only hope the ones I bought me father-in-law are working better for him.
