At first they worked fine ... Now I cant get them to work ... I dont know what happened.

I got these to sync with my Alexa so I can turn on a light when I walk in the door/room. I have tried and tried, looked up tips and still cannot sync these. I am able to sync other things, my alexa doesnt even see these. I wouldnt spend the money.

these are really great smart plugs, I purchase on set of two, and are easy to program and set-up, they do work perfectly with Alexa and can be incorporated into Alexas routines perfectly customized timing and schedules.

Good smart plug , I had used for about a week ,it has used well and very convenient.

Difficult to set up and pair.

They work great with my Alexa! I can turn on lights, fans, whatever is connected with them and you can name each plug. You can also control them through the mobile app.

I was slightly skeptical about this due to its low price, but it is incredible. I will be buying more. Every night, it turns off the right lights and turns on the bedroom lamp. Every morning, all the lights turn on. It’s amazing. And inexpensive.

You have to download a separate app for these to work, then sync it with the Alexa app. They work fine, its just an extra step.

I cant get it to work. It will not get to the rapid flash for discovery. I have the app, unit is close to router, etc. I order a 2 pack and gave one to my daughter. She is having the same problem.

They only work over 2.4G WiFi. But the worst part is that they disconnect from the wifi very frequently. Very irritating! I am going to return them. Apparently, people who bought them during the period I bought, have the same issue as well.
