> 24 hourHad some lights for back patio and was tired of climbing up to plug in. Purchased this as a recommendation from relative. Super easy setup and now all I do is turn lights on and off with phone! Instructions were really easy to follow.

> 24 hourI have lots of outlets that use the VeSync app inside the house, so it was nice to integrate the Christmas decorations as well. Convenient that you can control the two outlets separately, and easy to program inside the app. Alexa worked great. Easy set up and a nice update from the old school dusk/dawn outlet I was using before.

> 24 hourThis works perfectly. Very easy to set up and you dont have to go through a lot of complicated steps like some other brands. I love that I can set a schedule and I do not have to worry about it.

> 24 hourI was going to buy a simple timer for my Air exchanger on the house. I found this device while looking for the timer, and decided to take a leap based on the positive reviews and features. I did have a little trouble connecting to the network, but following the suggestions to move closer with my iPad solved the problem. Connecting to Alexa was so simple. Now all I have to do is ask Alexa to switch on or off the Fresh Air. I used the second plug to switch on my UV sterilizer, more because I have a spare outlet. You can also set up a timer with the software, but for my application with works very well. The unit it slef is very nice quality. Well see how long it holds up, but starting off really well. Definitely recommended.

> 24 hourThis is my third Etekcity ESO15-TB. I like the 15A power rating for my snow melt mats (woke up to more snow and 7ºf degrees this morning). The app recording voltage, kWh, and watts of the snow melt mats is very helpful to track energy consumption. The scheduling function lets me turn the outdoor lights on at sun down and again in the morning (it is still dark to around 8am) Its more flexible than the old outlet I had that had and electric eye for sundown and # of hours to stay on, but no way to turn it on in the morning (short of entering the brutal winter elements)Unfortunately, my AT&T U-verse modem only supports one WiFi band at a time, so I have to reconfigure the modem to setup the device on the 2.4Hz band and then switch it back to 5.0GHz

> 24 hourNot very tech savvy and this is the first fancy device to turn things on with my phone, electric outlet wise and I have to admit that I am pretty pleased. It doesnt feel bulletproof as its plastic and cheap. However, it works well and does the job. The only complaint I would have is that the hole in the back that you would mount to is too small for most screw heads and I had to file down a screw head to make it work. With that being said, I would purchase it again, but if you are not capable of taking a 16th inch off of a screw head or drilling a little bit bigger of a hole to accommodate the screw, then maybe you should stay away from it. But it works pretty good with minor modification.

> 24 hourI connected the plug to an 800W dock ice circulator pump (obviously low temperature ambient environment), well below the rating for the plug of 1800W. It tripped out within 24 hours and twice more after being reset. In correspondence with the company (very responsive!!) they explained that the plug should not be used with inductive load electrical devices.....This type of the device includes motors, compressors, relays, fluorescent lamps, and refrigerators, etc. They require a starting current that is much larger (about 3-7 times) than the current required to maintain normal operation when starting. The device continues to function fine for low wattage devices like lamps, ie did not burn out, just kept tripping out which is a problem if your plan is to control it remotely.
