Everything is in Chinese and I set the timer for my bird’s light (which is very important) and the scheduled off time came and went. When I checked to see if it worked, half an hour after the scheduled off time, it was still on. Very frustrating. I also cannot get it to connect to Alexa to see if her timer will function properly.

Pure garbage. All but one of mine have quit working. They will NOT link to Alexa. The Cloud Intelligence app crashes EVERY TIME I use it. Sine they refuse to link to Alexa, I set schedules on the horrible app and the schedules dont work either.

Can’t get them to work. Tried setting up with required app but it wants me to scan a bar code I don’t have.

It seems you have to be close to your Wi-Fi router for it to work. But other than that good product
