Smart Steps by Baby Trend Stem EZ Bouncer

I bought this to replace my original EZ bouncer that I bought 5 or 6 years ago. That thing was a life saver! It got daily and heavy use for 5 years. The kind of baby product that was at the top of my baby essentials list and that I recommended to everyone. But after serving us well though 4 kids it finally broke. I tried to find a duplicate of the one I had and thought this was that... It really isnt for so many reasons!!! 1. The frame is slightly bent so it doesnt sit flat on the floor. (Think chair with one of the legs shorter than the rest... It wobbles) 2. The toy rod/mobile thing broke within a week... It wont stay in and has fallen on baby. 3. The vibration feature sounds like the batteries are rattling very loudly inside its plastic cavity. The noise wakes baby up even at its lowest setting. More problematic than helpful. Im really sad that the quality of this bouncer has gone down so much in just a few short years. Waste of money. Ill probably try to duct tape my old one back together and try to make it work for one more baby.

Baby liked it ok but it only vibrates for 15 minutes and stops. So we were continually turning the vibrate back on. That was a little aggravating

Its a good bouncer and baby will love it, but the design is a little poor because where the toy goes ur kid could accidently hit it while bouncing. They should of put it on the outside

My baby is 6 weeks old and almost too big for this already. It’s much smaller than a normal bouncer. The assembly was fine but the cloth part is very difficult to stretch over the bottom battery pack. The batteries are very difficult to put in. The vibrations are nice with 3 settings and the music is fine too. I wouldn’t buy this one again or recommend it because it’s so tiny.

I was not impressed. My small 4 month old grandson is almost too big for this, his head hits the top bar already. Ive never seen a bouncy seat so small.

This chair is lightweight and easy to assemble. The vibrating music box worked great the first time around. Once we replaced the battery the box rattled when the vibrate selection was chosen. Considering it is half the price of competitors and I mostly cared about the bouncing, I wasn’t surprised at the limited function of the vibrating box. If you aren’t fussy about something like that and looking to save money, this chair can be a viable option.

I wanted this specifically for the nice price, simple and convince, but it DOES NOT VIBRATE whatsoever.as it stated it would...just plays soft music...which kinda sucks

The vibration part is just soooo loud. Idk if it’s just ours and there’s a malfunction for the vibration or maybe it’s all of the bouncers? Idk. Otherwise we like it.. just can’t get past how dang loud it is even in the lowest vibration setting.
