> 24 hourPurchased this for our garage refrigerator / freezer after reading some horror stories about food spoiling because of not knowing the refrigerator or freezer stopped working. This took only a few minutes to set up and install. Integrated with the phone app after only a couple of tries. Adding the Alexa skill was easy as well. Now if there are any temperature excursions I get push notifications on the app and an email. I can also ask Alexa what the temperature is at any given time. Also, the 2 sensors (1 in the fridge and 1 in the freezer) have great wireless communication with the base unit which is inside the home in another room. Would recommend.

> 24 hourIf this is the kind of device you are looking for to be able to remotely view temps and humidity this is the best one I have used so far. Even better than so called name brands. I dont get all kinds of false alarms. The interface is easy to use but not stripped down to bare minimums. Most importantly, it just works, worked easily practically out of the box. No drama, no fees. Its great.

> 24 hourMy immediate need was an alarm for a garage freezer, which is an older freezer and I had become aware that if we have a breakdown issue, could lose several dollars of food products. Simple audio alarms were not an option because of the distance of the de-attached garage from the house. Plus there are days when I do not even go out to the garage to hear an audio alarm. And I was concerned about relying on wi-fi shown on other systems. I was suspect about the quality from my router wi-fi signal to the garage and a sensor inside the freezer and then back to smartphone. The YoSmart and the Lora tech works extremely well, as advertised. I have a sensing unit in my garage freezer and get alerts on my email (text and Alexa are also options ) when the temp goes in/out of the range that I have set. As a new user I needed the YoSmart Hub as well and the package I ordered came with the Hub and two temp/humidity sensors. The second sensor is used in our inhouse frig. Since these worked so well, I have purchased a motion sensor and attached inside mailbox to alert to when postman opens and closes door, to alert me with an email when I have mail. And I purchased a third temp/humidity sensor and I am using it in the attic to monitor temperature and humidity. We have an automatic attic fan that comes on & off with a mechanical setting of temp and humidity. With the YoSmart sensor in the attic, I will be able to see the range of conditions in the attic as the weather changes. And with those changes I will then make setting adjustments on the automatic attic fan. In our area of the world, weather is full extremes in all Seasons and I believe the additional information provided by the sensor will help me make better adjustments on the fan and in turn keep the attic temp & humidity under control. Set up on the Hub and the sensors is a snap and instructions are very clear. Since the Hub is connected to the Internet, sensors can be monitored outside the home, via smartphone. Very pleased with this product - looking for other applications in and around our home.

> 24 hourUsing LoRa (long range wifi) this works very well. I have one sensor in my fridge and the signal easily gets through the fridge walls and to the hub 3 rooms away. The alerts are sent to email and/or phone by way of the hub. Set up was easy. The app assigns a widget to each sensor but oddly doesnt label each widget with the name that you assign to each sensor in the set up routine. But thats minor and you can see which sensor name is assigned by choosing a label in the app. Very cool. Now I can see when the fridge door is kept open too long by the wife, ha ha!

> 24 hourFirst, setup was very easy. After calibrating all of the sensors (I have 7 total) I put one in each room and one outside. I can now check the temperature in each room from anywhere. Theres only two issues Ive had so far. 1) after setting up the hub, it downloaded a couple hundred GB of data from the internet. I checked the firmware for all of the sensors and the hub but they were all up to date. Id like to know what all that data was for. 2) it works with Alexa... as long as you only want to know the temperature. It doesnt show the humidity and you cant use it as a trigger to turn on the dehumidifier when the basement humidity gets to 45% or to turn on the fan when the room gets to 74°F, for example.

> 24 hourUsing to monitor temperatures in Kitchen and Garage freezers. Also purchased YoLink Water Sensor 2 and that is working as expected. The hub and sensors have a nice look and feel. Tested high and low temperature alerts and can say they are working well so far. The YoLink app on the iPhone looks clean and works well for me. Dropped a star because setting up the hub to my WiFi network was a challenge. The hub only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi and apparently the iPhone must also be on 2.4GHz WiFi in order to set up the hub to work on a secure home WiFi network. The iPhone kept connecting to 5GHz by default and could not complete the hub setup step. Since 5GHz signals have a shorter range than 2.4GHz, I solved it by taking hub and phone to far end of house where I had a weak WiFi signal. Was then able to setup the hub to our WiFi.
