product works fine, but the bolts that are drilled though the door have end cap nuts that can only be tighten so far before they bottom out, so if your barn door is slightly undersized in thickness, the bracket bolts wont tighten all the way and you’ll have to come up with some solution (washers) that arent the same color as the hardware to make the door brackets tight. small flaw, but manufacturers could easily fix by changing end cap nuts or providing black spacer washers in the hardware kit.

Product was great. Only thing, I thought the pulleys were metal. But the plastic looks and works great.

Loved the product hated that it was delivered with missing parts. No phone number for Smart Standard the manufacturer and Amazon customer service could not provide one for them either. Amazons solution is to disassemble the door repackage and return for credit and then reorder from Amazon and wait for the new Barn door assembly kit to be delivered.. Terrible solution to two small missing parts!!!!
