Sony DJ Headphones 4334205465, Black, Standard

I was quite excited to receive these as a birthday gift. Been using SONY MDR V600s for over 20 years and due to their current rugged condition, thought it might get an upgrade to the M7506. After watching and reading reviews and knowing that my older SONYs have been a workhorse, it seemed like an affordable and reasonable upgrade. Aside from the sturdy construction, pads being in excellent shape and such, the sound is less to be desired. I am a seasoned headphone wearer/user as a dj and I am picking up a ton of clicking, snapping, gurgling, and popping with both high and lows at multiple levels from multiple sources. I would expect this quality from $20 headphones bought at Dollar General.

Several of the reviews said these hurt, and I found the same thing at first, until (d-uh) I realized that they are adjustable for tension, and voilà comfortable.

Yes....Bocelli used these.....I noticed on his music video. They sound awesome and natural without colored bass or scratchy highs...Just great headphones. Comfortable to wear too.

Old school headphones and the best out there for DJ and studio.

Ive been using the recently discontinued Sony MDR V-6 headphones as a professional night-club DJ for over 30 years. I was hesitant to try this newer version. But, Im thrilled to report that I can tell no difference with this version whatsoever. They are great for DJs!!!

The headphones are very comfortable and the sound is superb. Just what you would expect from Sony.

Theres a reason Sony has been making these headphones since 1991. They are the industry standard for media professionals around the world. They sound fantastic and are built for daily use. And every part is replaceable if anything breaks. These dont have noise canceling. No professional headphones do.

Good headphones, just wish they were a little more rugged and durable, other than that, a cord without a coil would be nice too, but these are great. Industry giants.

They work great, I use them for my electronic keyboard.
