I bought this from Amazon Warehouse as slightly scratched but the rechargeable battery was faulty and had to be returned. Money returned so no problem except a lot of faff. Would not buy as new again. The suspicious part of me wonders if the vendor knew the real problem.

Have waited a while before writing this email, but these are pretty amazing. Love that when you take them off the music pauses, and the when you start to talk, it mutes the audio.

I bought this last year and best decision I have ever made I think. Still working smoothly without any complications. The sound quality is outstanding. Although it looks big but very comfortable and light weight I used it for up to 5hr continuously and didnt feel any discomfort.

In single device mode, you cant quickly switch between decides. E.g if my headphones are connected to my macbook, I cant connect the headphones to my phone without disconnecting from the mac first. Its such an obvious feature. I dont understand why these headphones dont support it. A fast switch is much more useful to me than having 2 devices connected at once.
