I tried many other band-name headsets, only this one is not holding my head pain. So very happy.

As an owner of the Sony 1000X mark 3, i know Sony make excellent noise cancelling headphones and the 1000X line is the best of the best. The mark3 can even hold its own against the newer Bose 700, even with a bad microphone and no multi-device connection. When I saw the mark 4 came out I was really excited about it as it addressed a lot of the issues existed in the mark 3. The mark 4 sounded great from the reviews Ive read. I heard many good things about it from many people who got their hands on it early. A lot of recommendations but after i decided to order it... my order never arrived. I filed a claim with the seller and it took half a month with no result. Seller didnt even offer a replacement or anything, they just kept my case going under their claim department and keep on extending the date on my case. I know its not entirely the sellers fault if the shipper did not get the package to the customer, but the way the seller handle the case was also terrible. Amazon took over to resolve the mess, thank you Amazon.

The headphones are very comfortable, and I can wear them for hours without a problem. I want the activation feature to be less sensitive.

Had to buy locally. But the headphones are the best in noise canceling and sound quality. Now I just need to order the wooden stand for them.

Everything with this model perfect expect one thing and it is big problem for me the reason for buying this headphones its to contact it with smart TV by Bluetooth for movies and PlayStation but the problem it’s happened every time after 8 minutes there will be delay in sound with the video or sometimes the voice becomes jammed and every 8 minutes i need to reconnect the headphones again and again and again every 8 minutes i am disappointed for this problem and it’s happened only with the tv with the mobile it doesn’t happened .. my TV samsung Smart and new models 2018 Q7 .. maybe the frequency for tv Bluetooth cannot handle longer time for headphones !?

No real cons. I paid $275 for them and they are hands down the best headphones I have ever owned. The noise cancelling is awesome at work.

The Sony headphones are great. But there was no need to buy the package since the headphones include an excellent case. Much better than the one the seller includes.

The richness of the sounds and custom profiles are a great feature. The location aware feature can get really annoying if left on when youre static.

The product came exactly as advertised! And OMG, now I know what all the hype is about!! These headphones are exquisite!! They are so advanced too! They stop playing when take them off, whether youre playing something from your cellphone or computer and they detect the pressure of the air in the environment!! But, theres a trick. You have to get the companion app for the headphones, otherwise youre only get about 1/3 of the functionality of them! These are the best headphones Ive ever bought!!!
