There are multiple brands on Amazon all selling this item. I personally have some from multiple brands and as long as they say “SOPPYCID” in the item name they all look identical in person (packaging, color, function, etc). So I recommend checking out all your option and going with whatever is cheapest. That being said, these are great for avoiding the inevitable yard cleanup after using traditional water balloons. They’re also way faster and easier to fill for little hands since there isn’t any balloon tying involved. The only downside to these really compared to regular balloons is it will obviously cost a ton more money to get a reasonable quantity than it would for a bag of water balloons.

I have been curious about this type of reusable water balloon for a while. My kids love water balloons, but the regular kind take forever to fill up and tie, and then they break in an instant and I have tiny pieces of balloon all over my yard, and my kids are begging me to fill up more. These balloons came in a set of 8, 2 each of 4 colors: pink, orange, blue, and green. It also came with a mesh bag to store them in, which is nice The material is thin but strong, I dont think it would puncture or tear easily. There are 8 magnets on each side of the center seal that actually create a water and air tight seal when you close the two halves. These reusable water balloons solve basically all of these problems. As the package states, they do fill in about one second. I filled a tub with water, dunked the open balloon under water, closed it up while still under water, then lifted it out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the magnetic closures really did seal the water inside. When I shook it no water came out. My 8 year old was able to fill it without any help as well. When we threw them, the seal burst open on impact and the water came out with a satisfying splat, much like a regular water balloon. But with these, you can just grab the opened balloon, dunk it back in the tub of water, and use it again immediately. No garbage left in the yard, no running out of balloons too quickly, no adult intervention needed for kids to keep playing with them again and again. I can already tell that these will be a hit in my family and save me a lot of effort in their water balloon fun!

These arrived during a birthday party for a 3 year old on a 90 degree day and we an immediate hit! They held up to the water activities and it was great to not have to pick pieces of balloon out of the lawn for days- I ordered more!

These are a lot of fun and so much easier than traditional balloons. The band around the middle has little magnets in it, to keep the two halves closed. Simply squeeze it gently and it will pop open, letting you fill the ball. Let go and it closes, filled with water. Easy enough for little kids to do, fun for everyone.

I have ordered several packages of these silicone water balloons from Amazon. I havent been able to find any difference between them except the color. Some of the packages have a mesh bag to hold the balloons. Thats a nice feature. They fill well in a bucket of water and then the magnets snap the two sides shut and its ready to throw. Im delighted that we wont have to clean up broken balloons after the water balloon fight. I recommend these and all the silicone balloons. Decide which colors you want to order, whether you want the mesh storage bag or not, and definitely compare prices. They are all great.

Pretty neat idea. My little kiddos can fill them up in a bucket and chase each other squeezing the balloon until it shoots out water. Everyone gets wet with this method. They have made it though one day of playing so far, no casualties, except for the cat... She could just about die after getting caught in the cross fire.

I bought them for grandson (5). Not easy for kids to use. Broke easily and were essentially no fun. Didnt last 10 minutes. Too hard to act as water balloon. Sink to bottom. BAD for pools.
