This thing makes the MOST TENDER STEAK EVER! Even from less expense cuts of meats. Does great pork too! I sous vide mine the day before and then heat it up in a skillet before serving.

> 24 hourThe pork chop recipe from the book that came with the Sous Vide was the first thing we tried. After all if you can get pork chops to be juicy and tender then everything else will be good. And they were absolutely fabulous!!! This little machine is so easy to use. We have now cooked steaks and looking to do chicken next. I can not believe that we waited so long to get one. The food cooked in it is some the best I have ever eaten and the clean up is a breeze.

Well not any longer I finally faced my fear and picked this up along with a food sealer Why was i afraid of a little old Sou vide process. Needless to say I am all in now. So easy to use and food comes out perfect cook if you just follow the instruction. I have already done Pork chops , Steaks and ready to attempt fish. Heck grab one you will be happy with your decision. Just wish I had sooner.

> 24 hourI love my Sous Vide!! I’ve cooked steaks, chicken, hamburgers, asparagus and potatoes with it. Everything I’ve cooked seems like chef quality food to me. My absolute only complaint with it is the end of the process where you need to put meat in either a skillet or on a grill to sear it. I guess you really don’t have to because the food is already cooked to perfection but I just prefer to sear it. I absolutely love my Sous Vide!!!!
