> 24 hourFor this machines maiden voyage, we cooked a 2 1/2 pound tri-tip at 134.5° for 2 1/2 hours. Followed by a quick sear on the grill. It turned out delicious. The meat was pink on the inside, tender, and juicy. I have not used the Wi-Fi feature. The machine is slightly larger than the famous name brand. I think it has a stronger motor at a lower price. Keeps the water hot and circulating.

> 24 hourI have been looking at sous vide machines for a while and finally chose this one after much comparisons to other, bigger brands. For me being able to connect to Wi-Fi was a deal deal and this one nails it. I am able to set it up in the morning and turn it on when I leave work. Then I just throw the food in when I get home, it is really that easy! The pic is of a ramen I made and the steak and egg were made with this sous vide machine. So far I have made a lot of steak, some eggs, vegetables, and salmon. All were fantastic, cooked through evenly and so tender. on the downside the app is not as user friendly as it could be, but once you learn it’s imperfections it is not bad to use. The touch screen can be intermittent as well.

Well not any longer I finally faced my fear and picked this up along with a food sealer Why was i afraid of a little old Sou vide process. Needless to say I am all in now. So easy to use and food comes out perfect cook if you just follow the instruction. I have already done Pork chops , Steaks and ready to attempt fish. Heck grab one you will be happy with your decision. Just wish I had sooner.

In that time, Ive tried several Sous Vide machines and when my last one died, I decided to try a new brand Sous Vide Machine, Lekoza Joule Sous Vide Cooker. I have to say right off the bat that the price was much lower than what I had spent in the past for other machines, so I was suspect of the quality. When it arrived though, I found it to have a greatdurable design, that it heated up quickly and accurately and most surprisingly - ULTRA quiet! (I checked in several times the first use because it was so quiet I wasnt sure it was working). In short - for those who are looking to try Sous Vide for the first time OR for those who are experienced and looking for another device - this product is a clear winner!
