Please read before you consider purchase. I wrote a review earlier only giving this item 2 stars. I will amend. It is a GREAT product and you should absolutely purchase but know it’s used and limitations. It’s a great product for wood, linoleum any kind of hard surface and it also works without the extensions on upholstery. You can use on comforts to take off pet hair.. I’m a house keeper and when I chose this device I was hoping it could do it ALL. Hardwood AND carpet. IT WILL not roll over Capet. Period. It does not glide, in fact attachment gets held up on carpet and actually flips over. There are no wheels on attachments. But it is SOOO light I don’t mind carrying to jobs in addition to my full size vacuum And I love the extra long cord. For my work I really don’t want to use any rechargeable devices. They just stop in the middle of my work day. Plus I don’t need one more charging cord to keep track of. With everything being wireless anymore you have to charge all your devices and keeping track of all the cords and having power strips all lined up to charge every device is frustrating. I prefer an old fashioned cord and this was is REALLY long. Do you can work from room to room easily. I did get a message from manufacturer after first review saying they were sorry I was dissatisfied with item but it’s really only for hard surfaces. I do think they should make that very clear. But after using for a couple weeks. I LOVE it.

This little vacuum is great if you dont have carpet. We have all laminate floors and two cats. Its fast and easy to do a daily vacuum with this little machine. Its simple to use and it gets under the furniture and into crevices with ease. I still have a bigger, more powerful Shark thats good for a once a week power clean but this little vac is now our daily driver. Also I debated about getting a battery powered device but am glad I did not- the 32 cord is light and assures constant full power without the need to worry about recharging. I can see why some professional cleaners use these for daily maintenance.

We were looking for a simple vacuum and didn’t need all the bells and whistles This is simple and exactly what we were looking for Works great and much quieter than our $500 Dyson

A little smaller that it looked in reviews and dose not work on low carpet it said suck good thats nice

I just started using it. Good suction and its light weight which should be great for the stairs. As I use it more Ill give a second review.

I use this product for commercial cleaning of houses, offices, and wherever else needed. The long cord is a giant plus because there is no constant unplugging and plugging back in to reach all areas. I have purchased three units so far and the motor on all units still works amazingly. The reason I had to buy a second one is that the main hardwood floor tool, if not removed carefully, will become unattached and broken. It can still be taped back on with electrical tape but then it does not break down into the smallest part for what I carry it in which is a summer food cooler with a long shoulder strap. This has happened to me twice now and it does not help that I allow others to use it. Having said all that, I love this product and will continue to use it as long as it is sold. I did find a replacement hardwood floor tool on eBay for $10 but they are difficult to find. I need to find out what size the extension wands are in case I need more of them. It comes with two but since Ive had two already, I can extend one into having three extension wands making it much longer. Nothing gets under furniture better and into hard-to-reach places.

Definitely worth getting! I have tried multiple different vacuums now off of Amazon and this is by far the best vacuum Ive got so far. I love that it has a base to put the vacuum when not in use as well as a place to store the attachable accessories. I also love the filter aspect of it. Highly recommend if you want a lightweight & small, yet powerful vacuum!

The product is very good and easy to use. It cleans the floor perfectly. Easy handling. Build quality is amazing.
