Love the baskets from this company! I thought they would be cheaply made and flimsy, bur they are very nice and sturdy! Just what I needed to organize my new office!

Product was shipped defective, and whoever packaged the product acknowledged the defect before packaging. The peg board leg used to mount the basket on the wall was detached from the product and scotch taped to the package. Am I to fix this myself before mounting? Do I now have to return this product during the little free time that I have? I will be calling to complain, this is unacceptable service, prime or not.

I needed something to declutter my countertops and this was the perfect addition to my kitchen. I secured it to the wall with command hooks and its held up for months. Great as pictured for plates and napkins.

This came all bent and out of shape. I managed to bend in back and hang it on the wall. It serves its purpose but I think it was a return and thrown in a corner until an order came in.

I like it but when you put in the paper towel and try and pull one off it raises up the back and my washing machine cleaner fell out. It just needs a little something to hold it in place. But I like it, its cool
