The seller is outstanding. I had an issue with the packaging and he communicated and resolved the issue very fast. Unfortunately, all the carriers are very busy and do not appear to really be gentle with the packages. The product is fantastic. The smell is rather strong but it will dissipate in about one hour or so. However, on a porous material, it will take about 2-3 days to completely dissipate. It did such a perfect job in our shower walls as if I brushed the walls for hours. Highly recommend the product and especially the seller.
