The casing was battered as if it had been previously returned by another user and then sent to me. It cannot be used because of the appearance.

Getting the old screen off was the hardest part. Once it was off the rest was a breeze.

It works great, should have some instructions included in package for first timers, over all easy to install and fits great.

Great product for a great price, but there were no instructions. I watched videos, but nothing said anything about how to not ruin the Wi-Fi antenna. Luckily, you can buy a replacement. I suggest you order it at the same time because of how they are stuck together and its really difficult to not damage it when removing the old screen.

This product is great and repaired my old IPAD2. I am not a tech person at all, so it took me about 2 hours to do it. You need to give yourself a lot of time and to be sure you dont damage some parts on the underside as you take off the glass. IT helps to watch a video on YouTube to help you as you go along. With that being said, other than taking a long time, its easy to do and follow. You do need to make sure the glass is flush against the body of the iPad to let it sit overnight to set, otherwise you may experience ghost tapping on the Ipad. The next morning everything was fine and working perfectly. Thanks for a safe product.

Took about an hour. Well worth it. iPad is fully functional again.

The screen seems to be working for now but the adhesive doesn’t hold the screen to the unit. Waiting for it to fall off any day now.
