I love that this is made of wood, and it seems fairly durable. I bought this instead of umbrella swift for fear that Id break the umbrella portion. So naturally I dont have to worry about that. This swift has several adjustments for different size hanks, and despite not having a finish on the wood, it spins quietly, smoothly, and quickly. Very easy to assemble and take apart.

I love this swift. Its simple in design, and folds away for easy storage, while being very straightforward to put together. The arms move very smoothly and it is very easy to make adjustments to the length of the skein. Absolutely perfect and good value for money too, I am very pleased with it.

I havent had a chance to use it yet but it seems really well made and that it will do the job. It is light and easy to assemble and disassemble for easy, compact storage.

Certainly better the knotted mess I get trying to lay the hank on my knees! Works great!

This is a good product for home use. Loading the yarn is a little slower than the more expensive models but works well.

I had high hopes for this swift based on the other reviews but the item I received was missing half the stand and all the dowels. Totally nonfunctional, returning.
