It works great and doesnt harm clothes. I ironed my cashmere coat once with this machine and it looks like new. Dont worry about damaging your clothes by using it.

This stream cleaner is hot like an iron. It takes approximately 3-5 minutes for it to start having a hot stream. Once the stream comes out, it is extremely hot so be careful when using it. It was designed to clean cloth but it worked for mattress as well.

My uniform for my job is dress shift everyday. This steamer iron is a great way to make sure my shifts are wirkle free, the steam comes out the perfect amount, will not feel wet after ironing, also the hand tool is the best part that helps make the iron easier. If this can be wireless, that will be perfect.

So disappointed in this product especially because of the price point. I bought this a few months ago and stored it for my wedding this weekend and it stopped working during the very first use… it no longer steams at all and it’s too late to return or ask for a refund. What a waste of money, go look for a better product!

This is a great steamer. I like that you can press the button down and it will just keep steaming. Some of them you have to keep pressing on the button and it gets tiring. I had to fill the water dispenser twice to steam one blouse, but that blouse is made from a thick fabric which is harder to get the wrinkles out of. I like that the cord is a little longer so if I hang something on the shower rod to steam, it will reach from the wall outlet. It comes with a brush attachment for certain fabrics. Complete instructions are included, as well as a little measuring cup to pour the water in. I had a hard time figuring out how full to fill the water reservoir, until I noticed on the box it says maximum capacity 380ml. The measuring cup holds 100ml. It feels well made, and should last awhile.

This is great for the price. Its simple to assemble and and use. It comes with a great little felt bag for storage. It worked very well. For its price, grab it up while its available. 100% recommend.

This is a pretty well-built, strong, and portable hand steamer. It arrived in a great package with all the tools and accessories needed. Before I moved on to my suits, I tested it on an oxford shirt and it worked extremely well (the right side in the photo is the AFTER) the ironing glove is great for removing tough wrinkles. It heats up very fast and the long power cord is a great feature. I have also used it on my sportscoats and suits for some gentle cleaning, it worked wonderfully. Great DIY solution for all residential use cases. In summary, this is a great hand-held steamer that earned a permanent spot in my closet. I would strongly recommend it.
