> 3 dayVery good mouse. Sensor is actually amazing. I know the company has been quite actively pushing this sensor as this revolutionary, game changing thing, when in reality its basically a hot-rodded Pixart 3360. But whatever they have done is working. This thing is smooth as butter. Its pretty comfortable too. Not like a Zowie, but its close. The tweaking software is pretty unobtrusive and well designed too. I usually dont bother with software, but this one is fine. Some people complained that this mouse didnt have a braided cable, but Steelseries replied saying they chose this style cable for a reason, and thats because it creates less friction when moving around the pad. I tend to agree with this, the cable is light yet strong, and you dont even know its a wired mouse most of the time. My only nitpicks would be that the scroll-wheel isnt as defined as I would like it and the shape is just a LITTLE odd in my hand. But I own this mouse, the Logitech G403, and both an EC1A and EC2A Zowie. This is the best one overall for me. The sensor is just too good and the size is just right.

> 3 dayStill works well with no hiccups. It has been very reliable as a mouse plus the application has been very easy to use and FAR LESSS annoying than any razer product with synapse that Ive used before.

> 3 dayThis was one of my favorite mouse i had bought after switching from Razer and their not so good software and heavy mouse. I had this mouse for a year and one night my mouse USB was not recognized and I went through 6 options to fix it and soon I plugged it into another laptop and it wouldnt connect either. So the USB just stopped working and I never experienced this before and didnt buy the warranty thinking I wouldnt just break my mouse so u wouldnt need the warranty. Just buy the warranty I dont know how often this problem has occurred with others. Overall pretty great mouse.

> 3 dayI am a lefty that does not swap buttons so I appreciate that I dont have to wait for the software to load to undo the swap for me like I had to do with my other lefty gaming mouse. This unit was also half the price of the previous one I was using. I also trust SteelSeries software more than some of the brands I have come across. I was a little worried about having the extra buttons on the left side of the mouse I wasnt going to use but you can simply just not assign any function to them in the software. The rubberized grips along the sides are a nice touch and really sealed the deal for me switching out the mice on the other computers I use as well. I took a chance for the price and am glad I did.

> 3 dayGood mouse for $37 but after about 1 year the adhesion of the grey pads on the sides starts to fail and the pads slip. The glue material also leaks out. I fixed this by removing the pads and all the glue material and using gorilla glue gel to adhere the pads. Should get plenty more use out of the mouse now.

Greater than one weekThe rival 310 is a great mouse. Ive had it for about 3 months now and its has been amazing. The sensor is great, shape is great, weight is balanced. The materials used are great, there is no rattle, but the scroll wheel can be improved. The left-click button is a little looser than the right, but its not noticeable when using the mouse. All around its almost perfect. The only thing the makes this a four star rather than five is the grips. The grips themselves are fine, they do pick up on a little bit of gunk but they still functional well. Recently though, the adhesive has started to wear off, from standard use. Its not anything that serious, nothing a little bit of super glue wont fix. I just wish SteelSeries didnt skimp out on a decent adhesive. Hopefully they use a better adhesive if we ever get an updated version.

Hello There
> 3 dayI absolutely adore this mouse. I was skeptical about the triggers based on the screenshots, but they feel really nice. The sensor feels amazing and this is coming from a Razer Deathadder 2014 edition. The mouse is very light as well. I play all types of games with this mouse, but this mouse would definitely be most suited for first person shooters. The shape is very nice. One thing that could turn people off is the material of the device. To keep the device so light, Steelseries had to use a mostly plastic construction. As a result, this thing feels cheaply built. The plastic does feel nice though, its smooth on the top and has grippy rubber pads on the sides. It does not come with a gold plated USB unfortunately. While it doesnt do much, it does allow the port to last longer through multiple insertions since gold is malleable. The cable is also a light, thin non-braided cable. Its very weightless and it might not be for everyone, but I do not mind. Steelseries Engine seems to be decent software, you can adjust many settings for the mouse.

> 3 dayComing from the original, and then to the rival which is a bit heavier, I needed another light feeling mouse for mobas and shooters. I prefer my rival 700 for mmos and the relaxed palm grip those games allow you to have. The weight of a mouse in an mmo never matter much for me. Now when we go to league or pubg, I can not use that rival. My hand is constantly going back and forth with large arm movements due to low sensitivity, and my grip actually changes(shooters). I noticed the back of the mouse dragging, I wouldnt get a full lift with the rival. I purchased this in hopes it would solve my problem of weight on my other mouse, and it did just that. Back were the days of my speedy, smooth gliding sensei and I couldnt be happier. Keep in mind the weight is just right for me and may differ depending on your own preference. One thing I would note is that the mouse clicks didnt feel as premium as the rival, but I suppose that could come down to preference as well. I suggest watching some YouTube videos on grip type for your hand length. A lot of content creators have ideal hand measurements for specific mice. Theres a whole science behind mice and keyboards. Best to get started more sooner than later.

> 3 dayAbout me: I typically game fps and mmo genre. Also, have a larger hand size. I prefer a palm grip on the mouse. My experience: After a couple months of use the scroll wheel now squeaks, the mouse buttons (paddles) have will shift side to side. Sometimes I feel like I click something but it doesnt seem to register. Initially I thought that the rubber side grips would be great and felt like they would never dull grip, but after a while grease build up they lose their grip. The location of the side buttons took some time to get used to. I have melee movements mapped the side/back mouse button and felt my thumb missed those buttons at times. Not saying that its the locations but it didnt feel natural when trying to click them. Software and customizability: Like razer I wish there was a pop up to see the the change in dpi to see what setting I have selected. I can feel the difference but to make sure that Im on the right setting I would like to see that pop up as a confirmation. For the rgb, you change the logo and mouse wheel colors. There are different color schemes you can change it to or make everything flow together in the steel series eco system which is why I purchased this in the first place. In Conclusion: I love steel series brand, from mouse mats to keyboards. Unfortunately this mouse is not for me. Still on the hunt for a solid mouse.
