I had a 5 minute video clip that was corrupted. The clip was an interview with a lady giving a testimony. I bought the Stellar software and tried 4-5 times to have it fix the clip. The run time was super long and every time the clip said it was ready to preview it was still corrupted. I asked for my money back but they reclined to do. I bought the software on Saturday and wrote them about my issues and requested a refund on Sunday. I thought this was timely enough to get my money back but they said NO. Maybe it will work for you but for me it was $70 down the drain.

Thought I lost all out pictures off of memory card but this program brought them all back. Worked like a charm

I bought a Stellar recovery product a year ago, and it didnt work, even after talking with tech support. Now they are trying to automatically bill me nearly eighty bucks for another year and it is darned near impossible to get thru to someone to cancel the transaction.

Did not find any of my lost photos

Though some have claimed to get their photos and videos back, after multiple emails with tech support, I could get exactly zero to recover. Not advanced method, nothing. I simply wanted to recover files that had been emptied from the trash (within the month), and all it returned was file names that could not be opened. I know there is other software out there that can find emptied trash files, this is not one of them. Look elsewhere.

I was devastated when I lost 80% of my images when transferring them from my camera to my tablet during a trip far from home. I knew they were either lost forever or had to pay a lot of money at my local photo or electronic store to get them back.

The Stellar Photo Recovery software appeared to work - it gave me a popup which said Repair Complete but then there was no preview and no way to see the supposedly repaired file. I opened a ticket on their support page, received an answer which demonstrated that they clearly either didnt read my ticket or dont understand English. I tried to reply to that, and got a message saying you case has been closed. Absolutely awful support for software that doesnt work!

Perhaps under some narrow conditions this software is capable of recovering lost or damaged files, as it apparently did for some of the users, however, in my experience it was unable to recover a single lost or damaged RAW file.

The product is great and does exactly what it claims to. However, if you have any questions about the product, good luck getting help. We attempted to contact them for more information regarding use of software. Customer Service Represemtatove (in India) spoke very poor English. We requested to speak to someone else so they created a case so someone would call us. No one ever called. Then we received an e-mail telling us because WE didnt respond they considered the problem resolved and closed the case! Horrible customer service. Sellers should be required to provide customer service in English for American customers or not allowed to sell on Amazon!

We purchased the Stellar Photo/Video app to repair damaged photos from an external hard drive. We went though the process of uploading our damaged photos and about five hours later, it looked like the process was complete. When we clicked to look at a preview, nothing showed up and now we cant locate any of the fixed photos. I then chatted with online support and they asked for proof of purchase. I gave everything I had, but they claimed that they couldnt locate it and therefore was not able to answer any questions. Please steer clear- this company is a complete scam.
