I’m not going to give a negative review, I just gave this item to my granddaughter for her dorm room and she says it is ok.

I needed an upstairs vacuum for area rugs, bathroom rugs - cat hair, this fits into the corner of my closet, nice and light and a great price!

Super long (it took 28 days) time to ship, this should not have been advertised as a prime item. This arrived in an adequate box, tape sealed, nothing damaged. Inside the various parts were in plastic bags & sorted by size to keep things from banging together. This looks very much like a cordless vacuum I got not too long ago, and that worried me because the other vac doesn’t go very long until it clogs up & it really had a hard time picking up anything heavier than dust. However, this device has a much better collector area, and it has 20 times the suction the other unit had (even if the base units are about the same size). Pleasantly surprised…This one can pick up a good amount of dirt & it picks up small rocks, blade of grass, uncooked rice dropped on the floor no problem. It’s small, the power cord is thin, lightweight & stores wrapped around the long handle the vacuum attaches to. Even had a second “bag” so you can wash up one & stick in a spare! This will be used in between the weekly big vacuum sessions, and for things like dropped crumbs, stuff the god drags in — little dust bunnies that crop up — that sort. Hopefully they have their shipment times improved now… It’s really a useful appliance — finally I found a good one!

When I received the box and opened it and started to assemble this vacuum I wasnt impressed. It didnt seem all that well constructed and not well designed. BUT - - - - I was completely wrong! I plugged it in and went over a small section of our living room. It moved easily and the motor sounded fine but I didnt hear it picking up dirt. When I looked at the collection bin I was amazed at how much gunk it had picked up on a carpet that had just been vacuumed a few days before! I then removed the handle and the head and replaced it with the small round brush and vacuumed my wifes car. It just did a fantastic job! I switched to the crevis tool and was able to get into all the nooks and crannys my brand-name handheld vac would never get. I dumped all the accumulated gunk in the trash and was ready to go again. I would have posted a pic of how much gunk it got but was pretty sure no one wanted to see that! I am really impressed with this vac! It is small and skinny enough that Im going to keep it just inside the laundry room door for everyday jobs. Great Amazon purchase.

Not great for low pile carpet. Very bad suction. Seller is quick to respond and eager to fix any issues/make amends.

I do however find it easy to use on the stairs daily and transitioning from floor types
