> 24 houri am sad and sorry to say the quality has diminished significantly. These used to be so good - never breaking. Now each and everyone breaks off at the top leaving a small chard of wood (?) in your mouth. Potentially dangerous situation. What a sad thing it is when even toothpicks must be imported from China!

> 24 hourThis product gives you a total of 300 picks. So if you use one per night, thats about a ten-month supply. Nice to have that many on had and not have to re-order too often. I subtracted one star for sturdiness, but its just the nature of a soft wood toothpick that the end is going to break off now and then. Just be sure to moisten it in your mouth before use, and use a straight in-and-out movement to avoid twisting and breaking it. My dentist recommends this, not so much as a replacement for floss, but as an additional tool for keeping your gums healthy.

> 24 hourLove this toothpick for cleaning my teeth. This batch seemed to break quicker/easier.

> 24 hourI find these very useful. Ive had more than a few cavities and Ive ended up with a mouthful of crevices and apparently secret passages where food particles can get stuck. This product is a great addition to flossing and brushing.

> 24 hourWhat you see is what you get, and if you have bought these at a local store you get the same thing here. I use them religiously, and theyre my favorite alternative to flossing. Sometimes youll get a bad batch in which the picks break a little too easily, but quality is pretty even most of the time.

> 24 hourFloss is clumsy and some teeth are so tight, it does not fit. Flossing in public is considered rude by some people, but these can be used discretely. These do a good job at cleaning food from between teeth and keeping gums healthy. The shape (a tall triangle cross section) fits. I like using these as much as I dislike flossing.

> 24 hourThese are great at removing impacted meat and food from between my teeth that the flimsier brush-style or plastic picks collapse or buckle in use. Not only can they get the difficult foods, but they are much more gentle on my gums. I cannot get these at any of our local pharmacies or big retail stores that used to carry them and even our dentist no longer carries them. I will be ordering these regularly.

> 24 hourI detest the whole sloppy business of flossing. Began using Stimudent Plaque Removers (both the thicker originals and their thinner cousins) in lieu of flossing. Now I have them everywhere because I cannot stand to have food stuck in my teeth. I am addicted to these and use them after the ingestion of any food. I buy them in bulk. They have genuinely saved my teeth and gums as the unending praise of my astonished dentist attests. I do brush well twice a day, too, and with an electric brush and often for twice the timed brushing duration - but these sticks do the in-between plaque removal, get into the unseen spaces. You must use them exactly as directed - get them well moistened in your mouth before putting them between your teeth. Once in a hundred uses Ive had one break off and a piece has lodged between teeth. Not being one to panic Ive alway managed to remove the malingerer with fingers or tweezer or another toothpick! If you have perfect teeth with zero spaces you maybe forced to continue flossing if the thinner sticks dont work for you, but there are also some tiny little brushes out there that look fun...which flossing just isnt. Fun I mean.
